The ‘Position’ column is where your page is located in the search result. Google displays 10 results for each page. If your position of your page is 11 then that page is the first item of the second page of the search result.

To know what the url of the page the search query is pointing to right click on the search query and select ‘open in new tab’ if you are using Firefox. The Google search results page will open find your page basing on the ‘Position’ column. Once you find it get it’s link location by right clicking and selecting ‘copy link location’ then paste it in notepad. The further your page from the top 10 the more promotion it needs to reach the top 10.
